Because they are so elastic, Stülpa bandages can be put on quickly and easily without any sort of assistive devices.
They fit all body parts without wrinkling, slipping or binding. Joint movements remain completely free.
Because Stülpa bandages, unlike gauze bandages, have a contiguous surface, they do not loosen even when mechanically loaded and can be depended on to protect wounds.
Stülpa consists of 70 % viscose and 30 % cotton, which makes if thoroughly wearable, absorptive, breathable and sterilizable (steam A 134 °C )
The bandage can be perforated anywhere without runs developing in it.
Stulpa is a seamless, knitted tube bandage with a high degree of length- and side-ways stretch. Not only has it proven itself for fixing bandages very securely, it is also ideally-suited for under- and overlays for zinc paste and plater casts, for immobilizing bandages or extension bandages.
