All orders for account holders over $200 are FREIGHT FREE
Under $200
NSW $10.00 + GST
Under $50 for account holders
NSW $12.50 + GST

BULKY GOODS
All bulky goods i.e. couches, trolleys etc may attract an extra freight charge, we will endeavour to quote a freight charge prior to delivery, these charges are at our cost as quoted by the courier or removalist.  Timber couches and sensitive goods like vaccine refrigerators are usually delivered by furniture removalists or sensitive freight carriers to avoid damage in transit.

NSW $12.50 + GST
All other areas for account holders (outside NSW)
Under $100 $15.00 + GST
Under $50 $20.00 + GST

Orders with Cold Chain Lines for all customers
Orders containing products that require “cold chain processing” as at the 1st January 2007 will attract an additional freight handling fee of $15.00 + GST per order, unless the order exceeds $500.00 excluding GST. This includes all orders supplied in eskies with cold packs.

Non account holders ( Cash Sales )
Attract a freight and handling fee of $15.00 + GST depending on order amount and weight. Check with Melanie on cost.

Please be aware that any returns or credits that are not notified to us within 7 days will not be accepted. We will continue to monitor freight costs and order activities and should further changes be necessary, we will let you know.

Freight is usually shipped with Startrack Express as an overnight server to NSW customers, but in some remote areas and in some circumstances please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery.  Small items will be shipped via Australia Post's e-Parcel service to avoid the potential for damages in the back of large courier trucks. R.G. Medical Supplies NSW are able to be tracked and traced on their journey to you, in case of a late delivery please contact customer service where tracking information can be reviewed and further advice given.
