Statement Format & frequency

I know that there has been a lot of frustration with current format of the statements that includes all activity for the month and that this has made it difficult for some customers.  We have been advised by our software provider that the new outstanding invoice statement format should be released tomorrow, this should clear up the confusion and allow for easier reconciling and payment of accounts.  I am sorry that this fix has taken so long, it appears that this feature was not high on the list of the vendor and there was literally nothing we could do about it but to wait.
